Description
The RS31322 is a dual input, single output power MUX with low quiescent current and low Ron resistance. The wide operating input range allows the device to be used in many DC bus voltage applications.
With adjustable input source priority selection feature, the device can select and seamlessly transit between available input sources. With back-to-back MOSFETs design for both channels, the device blocks reverse current during switchover.
The device has fast input switchover capability to reduce the potential output voltage drop during switchover, which allows less output capacitors to be used in the system.
The device has adjustable over-current protection and input over-voltage protection features.
The device is available in VQFN 12 pins, 2×2.5 mm package.
